Engineering content and editorial policy
TITANIUM 3DP publishes practical guidance for engineers and buyers evaluating titanium additive manufacturing. The purpose is to reduce material, process, qualification, and purchasing mistakes before production files are submitted.
Who prepares the content
Articles are published under TITANIUM 3DP Engineering. Content is prepared from manufacturing constraints, supplier-route review, project requirements, standards, regulatory or government guidance, peer-reviewed work, and other public technical sources relevant to titanium LPBF, EBM, post-processing, and finished-part acceptance. Commercial inquiries and production coordination are handled by Suzhou Como Precision Materials Co., Ltd.
This is the website's collective editorial byline, not an individual professional credential or a claim of independent certification. Public references support the stated engineering context; they do not establish that our supply route has passed a customer's qualification. See the company scope and manufacturing review boundaries before relying on a guide for procurement.
How technical claims are handled
- Material claims identify the titanium grade, condition, or governing route where practical.
- Property values are not universal guarantees for every machine, parameter set, build orientation, coupon, or finished part.
- Process guidance separates printable geometry from heat treatment, support removal, machining, cleaning, inspection, and release.
- Standards and external sources provide context; project acceptance values still come from the drawing, specification, purchase order, and approved qualification plan.
High-risk applications
Aerospace, defense, pressure, energy, medical, and other regulated or safety-relevant pages define the boundary between general engineering feasibility and program-specific approval. A material standard does not certify the complete part, supplier route, cleaning process, device, or production program.
Cases, scenarios, and capability statements
A named customer result is described as a customer case only when publication rights and supporting evidence are available. Otherwise, an article may use an illustrative engineering review scenario. Such a scenario must not be read as proof of a specific customer, machine run, measured result, certification, or production approval. Supplier-specific equipment, build envelope, quality-system, or certification claims are published only after they are verified.
Images
Images are used when they clarify a part type, geometry, process step, failure mode, or inspection decision. Decorative image count is not a publishing target. Illustrative or generated imagery must not be presented as production evidence.
New-page and consolidation rules
A new URL must answer a distinct material, process, application, failure, acceptance, or purchasing decision. Keyword variants alone do not justify a page. Existing URLs are preferred when they can be expanded without changing search intent. Overlapping pages may be rewritten, consolidated, or redirected after page and query evidence is reviewed.
Updates and corrections
Substantive revisions receive an updated date. Dates are not changed merely to make content appear fresh. Corrections should preserve the affected claim, source boundary, and commercial implication rather than silently replacing one unsupported statement with another.
What this website does not replace
Website guidance is not a manufacturing guarantee, certified material report, simulation, regulatory opinion, safety assessment, or acceptance plan for a specific part. A quotation requires the CAD model, drawing, quantity, operating requirements, material preference if known, and the inspection or documentation scope that matters.
