Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 24, 2026
This policy explains the information TITANIUM 3DP may receive when visitors use this website, submit the secure request-for-quotation form, or contact us by email or an instant-messaging link.
Information You Provide
When you submit an RFQ inquiry or email us, you may provide your name, company, country or region, work email address, project description, application, drawings, CAD files, alloy target, quantity, schedule, post-processing needs, inspection requirements, documentation expectations, and other technical requirements.
How Information Is Used
Project information is used to respond to inquiries, review manufacturability, prepare quotations, discuss DfAM constraints, clarify post-processing and inspection scope, prevent abusive submissions, and communicate commercial next steps.
Technical Files
CAD files, drawings, and project notes may contain confidential engineering information. The online form limits file count, size, extension, and declared media type, but those controls do not replace an approved secure-transfer, export-control, medical-data, or classified-information process.
Do not submit export-controlled, classified, patient-identifiable, medical-regulated, or otherwise restricted information unless an appropriate agreement and handling process are already in place. Contact info@szcomo.com first to arrange a suitable route.
Cookies and Analytics
The website may use security logs, Cloudflare Turnstile, rate limiting, and basic server records to operate the form, reduce automated abuse, investigate failures, and maintain the service.
When analytics or advertising measurement is configured, the site may record page views and interaction events. Email and instant-contact clicks are treated as contact intent; the primary RFQ conversion event is triggered only after the secure submission service accepts the form.
Advertising click and campaign parameters, including gclid, gbraid, wbraid, and UTM fields, may be stored in local and session browser storage for up to 90 days. The secure RFQ form may include that attribution, the first and last landing pages, the referring page, and a submission reference so the inquiry and advertising measurement can be reconciled. Ordinary analytics event payloads exclude advertising click identifiers.
If you consent on the RFQ form and an advertising tag is configured, the normalized work email may be supplied to the configured advertising measurement system for enhanced conversion measurement. It is not included in ordinary page-view events.
Service Providers
The site may use Cloudflare to deliver pages, validate Turnstile challenges, rate-limit submissions, run the RFQ endpoint, and send the accepted inquiry to info@szcomo.com. Google Analytics, Tag Manager, or Ads measurement may be used only when the corresponding deployment settings are configured.
Sharing
Project information is not sold. It may be shared with internal engineering, manufacturing, quality, commercial, hosting, email, or relevant production-coordination personnel when needed to operate, review, quote, or respond to the inquiry.
Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for inquiry handling, quotations, project records, security, dispute resolution, or applicable legal obligations. Exact retention can depend on whether the inquiry becomes an active commercial project.
Contact
Privacy, correction, and deletion questions can be sent to info@szcomo.com. Some project, transaction, security, or legal records may need to be retained where required or justified.
